RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS AND REFUNDS

How do I return an item purchased from British Cosmetics?

British Cosmetics (Pvt) Ltd offers an easy return policy. Customers can raise a return or exchange request within 24 hours of receiving their order, provided that the product is unused and undamaged.

We also accept partial returns, meaning you may request to return one or more products from your order.

Please note that if you request a change of product or colour variation, additional delivery and return charges may apply. For replacements, the replacement process will only begin after the returned product has been received by us.

Steps to Return an Item:

1. Contact Customer Support
   Contact our Customer Support team via email at onlineorders@britishcosmetics.lk within 2–3 business days of receiving your order.
   

2. Provide Order Details
   Please include your order ID and clearly specify whether you are requesting a return, replacement, or refund. Please also email a clear image of the product along with the invoice for our reference.
   

3. Return/Replacement Process
   We will arrange to pick up the product within 2–4 business days.
   

Please note that the refund or replacement process will only be initiated once the product has been returned to us in its original packaging, with all seals, labels, and barcodes intact.

Products that have been used, damaged, or returned without their original packaging, seals, labels, or barcodes will not be eligible for a return, refund, or replacement.
