RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS AND REFUNDS

How do I return an item purchased from British Cosmetics?

British Cosmetics (Pvt) Ltd offers an easy return policy, allowing you to raise a return or exchange request within 5 days of receiving your order. We also accept partial returns, meaning you can request to return one or more products from your order.

Steps to Return an Item:

1. Contact Customer Support
   Reach out to our Customer Support team via email at onlineorders@britishcosmetics.lk within 2-3 business days of receiving your order.

2. Provide Order Details
   Include your order ID, and specify whether you are requesting a return, replacement, or refund. Please also email an image of the product along with the invoice for our reference.

3. Return/Replacement Process
   We will arrange to pick up the products within 2-4 business days. Please note that the refund or replacement process will only be initiated once the products are returned to us in their original packaging, with all seals, labels, and barcodes intact. Products that are used, damaged, or missing packaging will not be eligible for a return, refund, or replacement.
